Option to block admin log-in for user accounts

I don't want some of my users to be able to access the admin backend, so it would be great to have this option, just like this:

If you implement it (and i really hope you do so), please also allow to enable or disable this option via API when creating or updating users accounts via API

It would be nice to have this as an option by default when making new accounts to stop people messing with the settings/passwords.
