Mailserver HELO message not correct

As per Issue Issue #43 this issue is still occuring. Using latest build (20160217)

220 mail.mx.domain.no ESMTP qpsmtpd 0.95 ready; send us your mail, but not your spam.

docker exec -ti poste cat /var/qmail/control/me mail.mx.domain.no

    Its ok, solution for #43 was little hack - but there is /var/qmail/control/helohost which is used for remote delivery.

    I will update smtpgreeting also, but technicaly it should not be problem...
