Add function for bulk alias which can be easy to import

This can be done using api or commandline

From commandline you can create alias by executing docker exec mailserver poste redirect:create [e-mail] description [e-mail]

You can generate commands for example in Excel using concatente function and then copy&paste it to your mailserver commandline.
