Import maildir from postfix to poste.io

Hello i wont to migrate my mailbox to poste.io. I make a rsync (avz) of /*///Maildir to ///*/Maildir (poste.io). I think this method is not good because Dovecot file is present to this repo. I make that ? I overwrite all ?

I suggest taking a look at imapsync.

+1 for imapsync, take a look at the loopsync scripting if you are transferring many accounts.

Forget poste.io in this context - you will import to Dovecot and by far best is to use imap sync. If you want to do this other way, tools like doveadm are present at image
