Quarantine with disabled spam check

I disabled incoming spam check and deleted all entries in the 'DNSBL servers' list, as important non-spam mails were being quarantined.

Still mails are being put into quarantine.

The entries there are not sorted by any enlightning order (like time for example) and pressing 'deliver' on a false positive results in the list jumping back to page 1.
