Deprecated option DetectBrokenExecutables

After restart getting WARNING message in admin box every day:

WARNING: Ignoring deprecated option DetectBrokenExecutables at /etc/clamav/clamd.conf:42

it looks like it can be changed to AlertBrokenExecutables © https://blog.clamav.net/2018/12/clamav-01010-has-been-released.html

my ClamAV version is:

root@mail:/# clamd --version

WARNING: Ignoring deprecated option DetectBrokenExecutables at /etc/clamav/clamd.conf:42

ClamAV 0.101.1/25406/Mon Apr  1 10:55:53 2019

As I see in VERSION I'm using 2.1.2 right now and it seems to be outdated already. analogic/poste.io:latest is 2.1.3 and it doesn't contain this directive.
