REST APIs

Hi, I am using Poste.io for a long time. It's very easy to use. Thank you for this. But I have a question for this mail server. The APIs you give are not enough for me. Is any more other APIs, something like getting a mail list for a email account?

Would you not just connect to the account to retrieve emails?

I am not sure API would ever be used in this way?
