can not sent email

Former user created an issue

After I configure the mailserver, I log in to send mail to my other mailboxes, but I can't receive mail, and I can't receive mail from other mailboxes to mailserver, but there is a record in Delivery queue behind admin. What's the reason?

    1. Check that your DNS is properly configured and that the MX for your domain or subdomain points to this server you've configured.
    2. That the computer you're attempting to send email from uses DNS that is updated with the changes made in #1.
