All outgoing emails received as SPAM
I’m testing poste.io to migrate an Email Server, but when I test the Free version All Emails were received as SPAM.
- SPF PASS
- DKIM PASS
The only thing I see that it fail is:
Received: from localhost (mail [IP]) by mail.DOMAIN.com (Haraka) with ESMTPSA id 9D2BGF75-1B0A-4102-9E2B-CA863EEC99DD.1 envelope-from <test@DOMAI.com> (authenticated bits=0) (version=TLSv1/SSLv3 cipher=ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256 verify=FAIL);
And there is no info about to config this o change anything of Haraka.
I would appreciate if you can help me.
Thanks!

reporter Yes.. I setup the Let's Encrypt TLS Certificate

I gather you've replaced IP and domain.com in your log excerpt above? However, that the DNS records for your domain.com are configured correctly and the IP assigned to your server is not on any RBLs that Poste.io is configured to check?

reporter Yes, I have replace the IP and domain. But now I’m using a test domain, it’s mail.cofactura.com. it is not on any RBL, it is not blacklisted, I really don’t know what to do.

You might wanna fix the DMARC record for the domain?

Hope it helps.

There are many reasons why your mails can end up as SPAM. Even if everything is technicaly right email content, IP history, ISP history can affect negatively your score. Logicaly this is out of scope of poste.io, so closing

Did you setup OR are you using a TLS certificate?
