outbound test port 25 to gmail.com cannot work

this test under https://myip/admin/server/connection cannot work, gmail has disabled SMTP:25 for years i suppose

    It seems that your ISP is blocking connections to SMTP port most likely. You should contact support, there is nothing to do about it
