Roundcube stuck

Hi, Since a few month i have a problem with Roundcube. Many times when i select different folders in my mailbox, it says “Loading….” and nothing happen. This behavior happens every time i go in settings, i can’t do anything there because Roundcube get stuck, the only option i have is to refresh the page because event the logout button won’t work……

I have searched for hours but can’t find a solution to resolve my issue. Is there a way to reset (only) Roundcube settings for all users?

    Hi @SH i don’t have any problem with Poste.io or any client i use to open my mailbox excepted the one i have described : i cannot use the roundcube shipped with poste.io anymore because it’s unusable (as i described when i opened this issue). For now i am using Rainloop for webmailing in replacement of roundcube…….

    I think it is related to a theme i have activated one year ago. Since then i cannot use roundcube anymore because : many folders in my mailbox looks empty and going to setting section i cannot edit any of them, the roundcube settings webpage is totally unresponsive and the only solution i have is to close my browser………

    Unfortunately i am not enough competent to isolate the origin of this problem. If there are any Poste.io logs you think about that could help solving this issue, just let me know 🙂
