Getting below error when I go to Server Status

This is from a Poste.io image that I downloaded yesterday. I am running this on Kubernetes if that makes a difference.

Don’t know if it helps, but I did run the 'sudo' '-u' 'root' 's6-svstat' '/var/run/s6/services/nginx' command in the shell and it worked fine.
