Problem to Connect in Outlook 2010

For some reason, the settings indicated on the website are not accepted in Outlook version 2010. Do you have any special settings or configurations? Awaiting.

    You can also use port 587 for outgoing direction (SMTP/Submission). If it is not the problem please paste your settings and errors generated…
