MAJOR FLAW! local domain gets blacklisted, and user cannot login into adminn webui

This is a serious flaw….

Users local domain is blacklisted (reasons?!?!?), cannot enter webui admin screen to remove the block.

NOWHERE does documentation list where whitelist/blacklist is maintained in backend.

FOLDER NAME, FILE NAME!!!!!!! WHERE IS FILE MAINTAINED???????
