Abusive blacklists resulting from many "501 SSL attempted over a non-SSL socket"

Hi,

We’ve identified an error with blacklisting. Some users IPs get blacklisted abusively, and we’ve found in the delivery logs that those IP got a ton of errors “501 SSL attempted over a non-SSL socket“.

Any idea how to fix this?
