Update clamav config to stop error spam

SafeBrowsing was deprecated a while ago, however, poste still includes it. Because of this, you will be emailed every time the cron runs:

WARNING: Ignoring deprecated option SafeBrowsing at /etc/clamav/freshclam.conf:22

This is extremely annoying. The solution is to remove the SafeBrowsing line in /etc/clamav/freshclam.conf However, I am not sure if this will have affects somewhere else where SafeBrowsing is required? I’m also not sure what it has been replaced by.
