something is blocking my connections

Please help me figure it out.
My server works as a relay, until some time everything was fine, but now letters are blocked poste
here is the log

ip 00.00.00.00 is whitelisted, it is not in the blocklist
List of IP addresses that are allowed to send emails through this mail server without any authentication: 00.00.00.00
what can block and how to remove the block?
running and stopped services:
running dovecot
stopped clamd
running nginx
running syslog
stopped rspamd
running haraka-smtp
running cron
running php-fpm
running p0f
running haraka-submission
running redis
for security, I changed the ip and domain in the description

I don't know what else to check and what commands to enter. The log does not write about karma, it is something like internal filters, maybe dovecot or something else .. but I did not figure it out unfortunately

Try checking one of this page: https://mail.example.com/admin/blacklist-automatic
Replace mail.example.com with your domain. If you can’t login, it might be because it’s blocking your IP… maybe. In which case you might actually need to use a different network or use a VPN to access your own site.
If you see a record that is blocking your IP, remove it, and add another user-defined record whitelisting your IP (maybe your entire subnet).

About karma, its level is easily configurable in the file /opt/haraka-smtp/config/karma.ini
by overriding https://poste.io/doc/extending-mailserver
default level: negative=-10, i set up to -50, now i can learn rspamd, reasonable level i guess is -20 - Log in to comment
Check if karma is blocking them? It is blocking all my emails and apparently there is no way to turn it off.
