clamav not working properly

i send a test email with virus file as an attached document，but there is no response from the clamav。virus was detected on linux using clamav

    What file were you sending? We test clamav with EICAR test. Personaly I thing that RSPAMD and other Haraka filters seems to be working as virus prevention better than ClamAV…
