    @SH - I’m not asking for custom changes, I’m needing support with our installation.

    Is it possible to pay for support for fixing a problem with our installation? Ideally we would like someone to look at our server and try to debug the problem.

    I’ve managed to fix the problem but I’m still curious as to whether you would consider a per-incident payment method for assistance with troubleshooting, as opposed to the $1239/year plan.
