Update PHP Version to modern PHP version

Hey There,

Is it possible for yall to update the PHP version to 8.1?

Currently Poste is running on 7.3 which is very much out of support.

We have very conservative approach to PHP version - we like to stick with version available in base debian image (it gets security patches). Latest debian stable has 7.4 (in next poste version)

If there will not be any upgrade issues to 8.2 I am expecting we will issue “bookworm (debian testing)” based image with 8.2 in 4-5 months
