PC with a new Windows 8.1 Install takes 5 minutes to reboot.

I have a Dell tablet, with a fresh install of Windows 8.1 Pro. After running Ancile 1.12, a reboot takes almost exactly 5 minutes. After the restart, I get the message: "Your PC ran into a problem. This has caused your PC to restart." Any ideas?

This issue has come up before in Windows 7. The solution that worked for most people was to un-hide all the updates that Ancile hides, and run Windows update (several times if necessary) to get all the latest updates. Once there are no more updates and the system is functioning normally, you can run Ancile to uninstall unwanted updates.
