Replace translation editor control

Anders Melander repo owner created an issue

For historical reasons, the translation editor control is currently a one level treelist.

The control should be replaced with a real grid so we can benefit from the features provided by that control.

    Property list control is now a grid. I still need to replace the module treelist control but that should be a minor task - and not as important.
