Translation of Strings entries in TValueListEditor leads to duplicate entries

Robert Deuerling created an issue

When translating the String of a TValueListEditor leads to duplicate entries: original Values and the translated ones. So currently i have to ommit them. Not sure if this a problem of your tool or a Delphi use, as i do not know how the mechanism works…

    Please attach a DFM containing the component that exhibit the problem as well as an .xlat file produced from it; I need to have something to look at to determine what the problem can be.
