Breaks underwater ambience loop

With this mod installed, the underwater ambience loop (minecraft:ambient.underwater.loop) sound that is normally played underwater no longer plays. The other underwater sounds work fine. The loop does play if set manually with /playsound. Minecraft 1.16.4, Fabric API 0.29.2 for 1.16.4, no other mods installed.
