Huge lag spikes when loading chunks (1.18.2)

Whenever i load chunks, both on a server and on singleplayer, there are 2-5 second long lag spikes every 10 or so seconds. I do not know which mods exactly causes this mod to lag, but i was able to narrow it down to 15 other mods by randomly deleting them. The strength and length of the lagspikes vary, but is does always kick me from 130 fps down to about 4. I have tried turning off V-Sync and modifying the RAM, but with no succes. Before finding out that the lag came from this mod, i tried looking into the logs provided by curseforge, but found no messages from the time when the spike happened. To find the actual cause, i used the built-it Performance Metrics´ logs (activated by pressing alt+f3). I can provide those if necessary.

I have added some screenshots of my f3 menu, right after the spike happened. I will add more information later.
