OpenAL 40965

It just keep spamming [STDERR]: OpenAL error when applying sound filters: 40965, more than 500 hundreds lines every second.

AFAIK this is not a new issue, OpenAL errors had been happening many years ago when I was playing with older version of DSF, it's surprising it still happens now even if I have switched to Fabric & different PC. I even consider this a Minecraft bug instead of mod issue. Kinda just wanna ask if you know what could be wrong.
