Just discovered a typo.

Updating the protocol to version 2. Added in inventory that's required by the client. Changed the message if the client is outdated. Updated the instructions for installing and running the server. Added a start.sh bash script to make it easier to start the server. This may be the last update until after Notch's Halloween Update, so enjoy.
