Alireza Khorshidi created an issue 2017-01-14

I just tried a fresh installation of the code and running nosetests according to the instruction here. All of them pass fine.

However, in the email list of our nightly tests, some of them break! I am not sure why, but maybe folder names are messed up somehow.
