Cluing tweaks

• Clue misspelled scenery in scen-hint rule. What does it mean? How do we deal with it?
• Clue stuff that is forced by letters (need a new row) -- with or without the first letter
• Clue stuff that is forced by twistiness (need another new row)
• Clue 6-letter stuff that ends two letters off, or 5-letter stuff that's 1W and twistiness is 5.
• no up/down and twistiness is 4 means you can't go in one direction (flat)

Forced-by-letters is implemented. Twistiness is another separate thing. So we need twistgen, fiveletter, flat, etc., perhaps even with twistiness of 3 that has 2 opposing directions.
