T (13) shows only certain rows

This will require a redoing of how we calculate the # of rows. Whenever we have new #s, set the total back to 18.

This will make the header less messy, too.

This is largely fixed, though I described it badly. Basically, we need to check and reset things when the player opts to change the header.
