Mouse cursor behavior on application startup

In current version mouse cursor is positioned to center of screen at application startup.

It would be useful to add a (config) option to select mouse behavior at startup. Possible variants:

• center at window (current)
• hide mouse cursor until user moves a mouse
• move cursor to screen corner
• do not change mouse position
