Incorrect localization label

When specifying languages, the user can enter "From", "To" and "Neither". The last option doesn't make any sense, what is meant is "Either".

Neither is the negated form of Either: 1. not either; not one or the other

This issue is reported here, since I believe that the label is reflected as the localization label and not only in the english language translation labels.
