Translate interface updates to other languages.

Issue #91 invalid
Peeter Tinits created an issue

Adding it as a separate issue. Not sure of the logistics yet.

First, let's finish the English translation. Once that's done, I can do Estonian if needed. Sulev can do Võro. I guess we had someone for Russian. But no rush yet, let's finish the English interface first.

Sorry, no. Message files must be updated side by side.

If you noticed, then message files are similary structured. This makes it much easier to add new values.

If you don't want to do a translation right away, then copy english/estonian key=value pair and add a ! in front. See Võro message file.

The ! marks the line as a comment. MT will choose en messages file as fallback for that line.

Ok, I've updated the Võro to include the new variables and the schema of others. There's no point in translating while we're still discussing the contents of the English version.

We've agreed on making the 7-scale used in wikipedia ours, but there's still a lot of things open. I'm expecting a potential rearrangement of the preferences, which means that additional help messages have to be compiled. Until then, it's not certain what needs to be translated.
