Add to the top of Display (just before interface language choice)

"You can easily translate the interface into your own language. See here:" [link: http://translate.keeleleek.ee/wiki/Languages]

then follows interface language choice.

The users should be made aware of this when downloading.

Download page seems more reasonable, because application should only have link to usage help.

The location in mind was:

Preferences -> Display , exactly like the corpus link is now in Preferences -> Translation. Just to add text and the link.

I'm not sure if you misunderstood me, or I misunderstand you. Can you explain more about the download page, as I'm not sure I understand. Thanks!

Oh, I get it now - it's added to the download page. It's also useful to keep reminding and that would be a place for it.

I'm not sure I understand "should only have link to usage help".
