Move localization files into l10n folder

Having the localization files in one folder could simplify orientation. This would enable having single link to the localization files to give for users who are interested in translating the program.

When this is resolved I will put the project up at translatewiki.net for localization.

I just remembered why this is a very bad idea. A new application version would require to overwrite those files. The implementation gets very messy.

I made so the application makes the i18n directory automatically.
