Write workspace location into shiny app file

Julia Casado created an issue

At the moment the RData files are loaded with absolute paths: load( '/media/cyhal/data0/test1_wd/result_cyxd-1/reportWebsite/folder1/data.RData' )

Relative paths to the instance folder folder1/data.RData failed when testing.
