STAR component check that it is up to date

check that the component matches the last version in anduril1 it seems to be stalling at a wait call in the script (with my data the aligments takes 20 mins and 15 hours later it was still waiting for something) I have tried it both with NoSharedMemory and LoadAndRemove, the first is easier for testing because it is less demanding of memory
