fusionAnalyzer crashes when simultaneous instances (add to documentation)

the pegasus database gets corrupted when it is accessed simultaneously. To avoid this, either bind fusionAnalyser calls in your script so they are never run at the same time, or set your own installation of pegasus for different runs (this may be needed if more than one person is using it). To fix the problem pegasus needs to be reinstalled (maybe there is a way of just recreating the database, but I don't know it). It is not a bug, but this information needs to be added to the documentation. Also, in the documentation it should be added that support for hg38 exists using our install script.
