QCFasta discarded percentages for single reads

It doesn't work, it reports 0% as discarded in the table and plot

    in test case2, the input to the plotting component has 0 discarded reads. It visualizes the right thing.

    After checking your case, it seems the plotting is fine but the output was rounded to integers. Now it should be fine.
