QCfasta missing images

Fastqc sometimes doesnt produce the kmer profiles image nor the per tile quality. In old QCFasta there are empty images to use when doing the montage/convert or a fake one can be created on the fly so we don't get errors in the case of missing image.

This is known issue, but QCFasta is not ready yet to needs to be resolved when completed.
