I look into your Confluence config, and I see that you don't install Team Calendars add-on in your server. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.confluence.extra.team-calendars/server/overview
My add-on is another add-on that adds additional function to Team Calendars add-on. So you need to install Team Calendars in your server, then you can use Calendar Insights add-on

reporter I dont understand are you saying that calendar insights cannot work without Team Calendars

repo owner Yes, It cannot work without Team Calendars. Because Calendar Insights is developed to support some feature that Team Calendars don't have. :)

Hi Jen,
Could you give me more information about your issue? Can you try go Manage Add-ons page and check if Team Calendars add on is enable or not? If not, please try to enable or restart Confluence to check if the problem is resoleve or not.
If it's still not working, please send me your Confluence log file, Team Calendars version, Calendar Insights version, and your Confluence database version, so I can investigate your issue.
