Headings are not applying for copy paste content (IE/FireFox)

Steps to recreate

• Navigate to questions
• Copy and paste content from somewhere
• try to convert above text in to a heading OR
• after above stepst
• try something manually
• try to convert above text in to a heading

Expected out put

text should convert in to a heading

Actual out put

Nothing happens

Hi Martin,

Yes I did. This issue only exists in IE and Firefox. In chrome this is working fine.
