Automated Twitter Posts

Same thing as #5, but for Twitter.

Add an option for people to enable/disable automatic Twtitter posts when different transaction types come through.

For example, if a new sale happens, post a message on Twietter that says "Another sale! You better get yours before they're gone!" and then a link to the product that sold.

Of course we could provide settings for them to set their messages, add links or not, etc.
