This is small tiny program lauchner (usually, at Alt-F2 hotkey).
It uses PyQt4, so it isn't so small and tiny, but it not so fat and huge as usual modern launchers.
PyQt4. May be, it'll support PySide in future versions.
pip install altf2 altf2
I hate dependencies resolving by pip, so I didn't provided any deps in setup.py. So you must have PyQt4 installed before trying to run altf2.
Then you must configure your desktop environment/window manager to run
altf2 with your preferred hotkey.
Example for openbox (.config/openbox/somename.xml):
<keybind key="A-F2"> <action name="Execute"> <command>altf2</command> </action> </keybind>
I made only one yet.
