Running simulations doesn't work
Issue #107
open
When you click to run simulation TIM asks you to select the incon file twice and says 'simulation ended' on the screen but does not actually run or create a listing file
Command prompt says "'AUTOUGH2_5_teaching.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."

Fix issue #107 partially, about asking INCON filename twice.
Still requires the correct simulator executable.

Still requires the executable. Should ask user if cannot find executable.

Oh, that's right. At the moment it would only work for the (portable) version we distribute to geothermal students.
There is meant to be a setting that use can point to their own copy of simulator (AUTOUGH2) so anyone can run it. But I never did that setting dialog and/or the actual setting underneath.
