Relies on PyQt4

Tim currently relies on PyQt4 which is essentially deprecated (no longer available via pip, conda etc).

Close to impossible to install on new systems. Would be awesome to update to PyQt5 or 6.

    Indeed, I am starting the process of upgrading to Python3 as well, Hopefully I can manage doing that in the near future!
