Support loading of PatraSim style t2data file without geometry definition

Angus Yeh repo owner created an issue

Now PyTOUGH supports creating mulgrid object and blockmaps for t2data that uses regular grid by reverse engineering.

This can possibly be added into TIM without too much trouble: - map the calculated geo.block_name_index to new correct index
