Reuse of saved plot list (json) have troubles with field data files specified as relative path

Field data files path used in plot list is used as relative path to CWD, not to where model/json file is located.

Consider the case of relative, what to: - CWD? - model/json dir?

This may have implications between TIM/GUI mode and future standalone batch plot mechanism. (which shares the plot lis json format)
