get_version_info.py is not installed properly if using python setup.py install

Angus Yeh repo owner created an issue

get_version_info.py is not installed properly if using python setup.py install

I should move this into timgui module or something like that, so tim would still work if installed that way (used through module timgui in site-packages)

    Now part of timgui module. Also added useful info about python exe/script location.
