Only the first 100 Episodes are pulled

when you request episodes of an anime with for example /anime/episodes/21 then only the first 100 episodes are requested and put into the response.

For general animes, this is not a problem because they rarely go over this threshold but longer running anime like Naruto or One Piece will be affected by this.

There is a page parameter in the dev branch. If you do not provide the parameter, the code will take page 1 by default.
